Commissioning of Oaths
Swearing or affirming affidavits, statutory declarations, and other sworn documents for use in Ontario. Common uses: LTB forms, immigration declarations, small claims forms, insurance claims, divorce affidavits.
Notarizing Documents
Certifying true copies, authenticating signatures, and executing documents for use outside Ontario (other provinces, other countries). Required for many consular, banking, and international uses.

Best practice is to call ahead — we're often in court. Regular in-office hours*:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Sat: 10:00am – 2:00pm
- Sun: Closed
Bring: the original document, government-issued photo ID, and any other signatories required.

A commissioner can administer oaths and take affidavits for use in Ontario. A notary can do all of that, plus certify copies, authenticate signatures, and execute documents for use outside Ontario.
Yes. That's the whole point — we witness the signature.
We notarize the signature, not the content. If the document is in another language, bring a translator (we can recommend one).
Mobile service is available for an additional fee (e.g., hospitals, seniors). Call us.
