One conviction can raise your premium 10–25%* for 3 full years. On a typical Ontario policy, that's thousands of dollars for a single ticket.
Demerit Points
At 6 demerit points, ServiceOntario sends a warning letter. At 9 or more, your licence can be suspended. Points stay on your record for two years from the offence date.
Licence Suspension
Stunt driving and careless convictions can trigger immediate suspension — even on a first offence.

We file your Notice of Intention to Appear on time so you don't lose by default.

Request Disclosure
We pull the officer's notes, the radar/laser calibration records, and any evidence the Crown intends to use. Most tickets have defects here.

Negotiate or Trial
We meet with the prosecutor first. In most cases, we get the charge reduced or withdrawn before trial. If not, we take it to trial.

Almost never. Paying is pleading guilty. Even a "minor" ticket can cost you $1,000+ in extra insurance premiums over 3 years.
Sometimes. If the deadline hasn't passed, we may be able to reopen it. Call us fast — the window is short.
Typical timeline is 3–9 months from charge date to trial date. You don't have to do anything in the meantime.
